We are typically available Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to provide customer service, help with orders or shipping, or answer any questions you may have.  We're closed on holidays and weekends.  If you purchase during non-business hours, your order will be received and processed the following business day.  

return policy

We want you to love your Meadors Made product as much as we do!  Upon receipt of your product, please inspect the packaging and your product immediately, and notify us if a package is damaged or if you received a defective good. Our products are made from natural materials, which have inconsistencies in pattern, grain, and coloration. These characteristics make each product unique and are not considered defects.  We will accept returns on unused products within two weeks of receipt of your product.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and return packaging and shipping fees will apply.  To submit a return request, please contact us to start the process.  

engraving

We do offer laser engraving personalization for an additional fee.  Pricing will include graphic setup and engraving fee and varies depending on design and size of engraving.  Please contact us for more information. 

care instructions

The serving boards have been oiled and then polished with beeswax.  After use, wipe with a moist, soft cloth and let dry.  For serving boards that get used occasionally, reapply beeswax to a clean serving board every six months as per the instructions of the beeswax manufacturer.  For serving boards that are heavily used, reapply beeswax every two or three months, or more often as needed as per the instructions of the beeswax manufacturer.  Do NOT wash or clean the serving boards in a dishwasher.  It will crack.  Do NOT leave the board for prolonged periods of time in the sun or rain.  Do NOT store the serving board in moist or wet locations.  Finally, do NOT put in oven, on heated surface, or over open flame.
